Is your pottery dishwasher safe?

Absolutely! Our ceramics is made of stoneware. That means dishwasher, microoven and oven safe. Please do not expose pottery to open flame or gas stove.

Do you use lead glazes?

No. We use lead and cadmium free glazes from EU producers. All materials we use and work with are made under strict EU food safe norms.

Do you ship in other countries?

Yes. We ship our pottery all around world. Please contact us for exact price for your country. All my items are shipped from Croatia using DPD services. Domestic delivery is free of charge.

How long does it take to ship our order?

Items that is listed as available we ship on first working day after receive payment.

Do you know exactly how will your pottery look like before firing?

Not quite… stoneware glazes are not like paint, they are made up of earth elements and minerals, and as such can be a bit unpredictable. The colour of your item may turn out to be slightly different than the examples I have pictured.
It’s part of the the magic of ceramics!

Do you make dishes for restaurants?

Yes. We have manufactured pottery for some of the best restaurants in Croatia. Michelin stars restaurants too. Please contact us via email. I’ll be happy to work out the details with you.

Do you manufacture custom made pottery?

Yes. Please contact us for more details. Please note that making pottery is slow process, for average family set we need min 15 working days to finish. For restaurants it can last a month or even more to complete order.

Do you accept returns?

If you find our pottery doesn’t fit your expectation, you can return it in 15 days from day of purchase. Please note, buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Because of the nature of these items, I can’t accept returns for: custom or personalised orders.

 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

What are your payment options?

We accept bank transfer, Pay pal and for domestic orders payment by delivery on your door step. Also, if you visit our studio, you can pay cash as well.
